Last updated: June 2026

Welcome to cameronhodge.com. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of this website, including any pages, content, forms, buttons, links, contact options, service descriptions, articles, materials, and other information made available through cameronhodge.com.

This website is operated by Super Dad Tax dba Cameron Hodge, an accounting professional providing information about bookkeeping, tax preparation, and advisory services for small businesses, owner-operators, and other prospective clients in Central Florida and surrounding areas.

By accessing, browsing, using, or interacting with this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should not use this website.

These Terms & Conditions apply only to use of this website. They do not replace, modify, or override any separate engagement letter, service agreement, proposal, invoice, written scope of work, client portal terms, software provider terms, professional obligations, or other written agreement between you and Cameron Hodge.

1. Website Purpose

The purpose of this website is to provide general information about Cameron Hodge, his professional background, service areas, values, and the bookkeeping, tax preparation, and advisory services that may be available to qualifying clients.

The website may describe services such as monthly bookkeeping, tax preparation, tax-related planning conversations, accounting support, advisory support, business guidance, reporting support, financial organization, cleanup services, and related professional services. Those descriptions are provided for general informational and marketing purposes only.

Nothing on this website guarantees that a specific service will be available to you, suitable for you, completed within a specific timeline, or provided under a specific fee structure. Service availability, scope, timing, and fees are determined separately after professional review, discussion, and written agreement.

2. No Client Relationship Created by Website Use

Your use of this website does not create a client relationship, accountant-client relationship, tax preparer-client relationship, advisory relationship, fiduciary relationship, confidential professional engagement, or any other professional service relationship with Cameron Hodge.

A professional relationship begins only when Cameron Hodge agrees in writing to provide services to you and you complete any required onboarding steps, engagement documents, identity verification, payment arrangements, access authorizations, client intake requirements, document requests, and other conditions required for the engagement.

Submitting a contact form, sending an email, calling the listed phone number, leaving a voicemail, requesting information, scheduling a discussion, or communicating with Cameron Hodge does not, by itself, create a client relationship.

Until a written engagement is accepted, Cameron Hodge has no obligation to provide professional services, review documents, meet deadlines, file tax returns, provide tax advice, maintain your books, monitor due dates, respond to notices, preserve evidence, or take action on your behalf.

3. No Tax, Legal, Financial, Investment, or Business Advice Through the Website

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not tax advice, legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, accounting advice, business advice, audit advice, compliance advice, or any other professional advice tailored to your specific facts and circumstances.

Every business and taxpayer situation is different. Tax treatment, bookkeeping structure, entity classification, deductions, estimated payments, payroll obligations, reporting requirements, compliance responsibilities, and business decisions depend on facts that cannot be fully evaluated from website content alone.

You should not act or refrain from acting based solely on anything you read on this website. Before making tax, accounting, bookkeeping, financial, legal, payroll, compliance, entity, investment, or business decisions, you should consult a qualified professional who has reviewed your specific circumstances.

Cameron Hodge does not provide legal advice. If you need legal advice, contract review, entity formation guidance, litigation advice, employment law guidance, regulatory advice, or interpretation of legal rights or obligations, you should consult a licensed attorney.

4. Professional Services Require a Separate Written Agreement

Bookkeeping, tax preparation, cleanup, advisory, reporting, consulting, or related professional services are provided only under a separate written engagement agreement, proposal, invoice, onboarding document, service agreement, or similar written arrangement.

That separate agreement may define, among other things:

The services to be provided.
The services excluded from the engagement.
The client’s responsibilities.
Required records, documents, and access permissions.
Deadlines and expected timelines.
Fees, deposits, retainers, payment timing, and billing policies.
Communication expectations.
Software, portal, or platform requirements.
Tax return preparation procedures.
Bookkeeping close procedures.
Cleanup or catch-up requirements.
Advisory meeting cadence.
Termination rights.
Data handling procedures.
Confidentiality obligations.
Limitations on professional responsibility.

If any separate written engagement agreement conflicts with these Terms & Conditions, the separate written engagement agreement will control for the specific professional services covered by that agreement.

5. Service Descriptions Are Not Guarantees

This website may describe Cameron Hodge’s professional approach, standards, service philosophy, values, process, client expectations, and areas of focus. These descriptions are intended to help prospective clients understand the type of work Cameron Hodge may perform.

However, no website description should be treated as a promise, warranty, guarantee, or binding commitment that a specific result will occur.

Cameron Hodge does not guarantee that:

Your books will produce a specific financial outcome.
Your tax liability will be reduced by a specific amount.
A tax return will be accepted without question by a taxing authority.
You will avoid audits, penalties, notices, interest, or inquiries.
Your business will become profitable.
You will qualify for a specific deduction, credit, election, treatment, or filing position.
A specific software platform will work without interruption.
A specific deadline can be met if information is incomplete, late, inaccurate, or unavailable.
A cleanup engagement will uncover every prior error.
An advisory discussion will produce a guaranteed business result.

Professional services can improve organization, clarity, reporting, documentation, and compliance posture, but they cannot eliminate all business, tax, accounting, financial, regulatory, or operational risk.

6. User Responsibilities

When using this website or contacting Cameron Hodge, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for:

Reviewing website information carefully.
Determining whether you want to request a professional discussion.
Providing accurate contact information.
Avoiding the submission of sensitive information through unsecured channels.
Maintaining your own copies of important business, tax, and financial records.
Responding promptly to professional requests if you later become a client.
Reviewing any documents, reports, tax returns, or deliverables provided to you.
Making final business decisions based on your own judgment and professional advice.

You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, invasive, harmful, disruptive, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.

7. Contact Forms, Email, and Communication

This website may include a contact form, phone link, email link, or other communication option. The contact form may open your email application with a pre-filled message addressed to Cameron Hodge. This is provided as a convenience.

You should not submit highly sensitive information through the public website contact form or unsecured email unless Cameron Hodge has specifically instructed you to do so through an appropriate channel.

Do not send Social Security numbers, full tax returns, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, payroll records, copies of IDs, passwords, login credentials, complete financial statements, tax documents, or other sensitive records through unsecured public contact forms.

If you become a client, Cameron Hodge may provide instructions for secure document sharing, software access, accounting platform invitations, tax document delivery, client portal usage, encrypted communication, or other approved methods.

Email and internet communications may not always be secure, confidential, error-free, immediate, or uninterrupted. By contacting Cameron Hodge by email or through the website, you acknowledge that electronic communication carries risk.

8. No Emergency, Deadline, or Immediate Action Guarantee

This website is not designed for emergency communication, urgent tax notices, immediate filing deadlines, audit response deadlines, court deadlines, payroll emergencies, banking emergencies, or any other time-sensitive matter.

Contacting Cameron Hodge through the website, by email, by phone, or by voicemail does not guarantee an immediate response. A response may depend on availability, workload, business hours, professional obligations, client commitments, tax season demands, travel, holidays, or other circumstances.

If you have a legal deadline, tax deadline, IRS notice deadline, state agency deadline, payroll deadline, banking issue, fraud issue, identity theft concern, or other urgent matter, you should take immediate action through the appropriate authority or professional channel and should not rely solely on website communication.

9. Client Records and Taxpayer Information

If you become a client, your financial, bookkeeping, tax, and business records will be handled according to the applicable engagement agreement, professional standards, tax rules, confidentiality obligations, software provider requirements, and data security practices.

Tax return information, taxpayer information, financial records, and client records may be subject to special confidentiality, use, disclosure, recordkeeping, consent, and security requirements. Website visitors should not assume that casual website communication is the proper method for transmitting protected records.

Cameron Hodge may request records through secure or approved channels when appropriate. You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information when requested.

10. Client Responsibility for Accuracy and Completeness

If you engage Cameron Hodge for professional services, you remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of the information you provide.

Cameron Hodge may rely on information, statements, records, explanations, documents, software access, transaction history, bank feeds, receipts, invoices, payroll reports, tax forms, prior returns, and other materials you provide or authorize.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, Cameron Hodge is not responsible for auditing, verifying, investigating, or independently confirming every item of information you provide.

You are responsible for reviewing reports, financial statements, reconciliations, tax returns, forms, filings, and other deliverables before relying on them or approving them.

11. Tax Preparation and Tax-Related Information

Tax preparation and tax-related services, when offered, are subject to separate written engagement terms. Tax work requires complete and accurate information, professional judgment, timely client cooperation, and compliance with applicable law.

No statement on this website should be interpreted as a guarantee that a deduction, credit, election, filing position, entity structure, expense category, tax strategy, or tax treatment is available or appropriate for you.

Tax laws, tax forms, IRS guidance, state rules, deadlines, thresholds, and compliance obligations may change. Website content may not reflect the most current law, guidance, interpretation, or administrative position.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving tax filings before submission, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise. You are also responsible for paying taxes, penalties, interest, estimated payments, and other amounts owed to taxing authorities.

12. Bookkeeping Information

Bookkeeping services, when offered, may involve transaction categorization, bank and credit card reconciliation, chart of accounts maintenance, reporting, cleanup, review, and communication regarding financial records.

Bookkeeping depends on the quality, completeness, and accessibility of source information. Bank feeds, software connections, receipts, invoices, payroll reports, loan statements, merchant processor reports, and client explanations may affect the quality of bookkeeping work.

Bookkeeping is not an audit, review, compilation, fraud examination, legal review, forensic accounting engagement, payroll compliance audit, valuation, or assurance service unless expressly agreed in writing.

Cameron Hodge does not guarantee detection of fraud, theft, misclassification, missing income, unrecorded liabilities, improper payments, unauthorized transactions, or prior errors unless a separate written engagement specifically covers such work.

13. Advisory Information

Advisory services, when offered, may include business guidance, reporting interpretation, planning conversations, cash flow discussions, tax-aware organization, or financial clarity support.

Advisory services are not guarantees of business performance, profitability, financing approval, tax savings, investor readiness, regulatory compliance, or operational success.

Business decisions remain your responsibility. You should consider all relevant facts, risks, professional advice, legal obligations, industry conditions, cash flow, staffing, debt, contracts, and market realities before making decisions.

14. Third-Party Software, Platforms, and Services

Professional services may involve third-party tools, software, platforms, banks, bookkeeping software, tax software, payroll providers, client portals, payment processors, cloud storage providers, scheduling tools, communication platforms, analytics tools, hosting providers, email providers, or other vendors.

Cameron Hodge does not control all third-party platforms and is not responsible for their uptime, security, errors, data loss, service interruptions, pricing changes, access restrictions, privacy practices, terms, or performance.

Your use of third-party tools may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, subscription agreements, and user responsibilities.

You should review the terms and privacy practices of any third-party platform you use in connection with professional services.

15. Website Availability and Technical Issues

Cameronhodge.com is provided for general informational use. Cameron Hodge does not guarantee that the website will be available at all times, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, fully updated, compatible with every browser or device, or free of viruses, malware, or harmful components.

The website may be updated, modified, suspended, discontinued, moved, redesigned, or removed at any time without notice.

Cameron Hodge is not responsible for losses or damages caused by website downtime, hosting issues, browser issues, device issues, user error, internet problems, third-party outages, cyber incidents, or unauthorized access beyond what applicable law requires.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including text, page structure, layout, branding elements, service descriptions, images, design elements, graphics, logos, icons, headings, copy, and other materials, is owned by or licensed for use by Cameron Hodge.

You may view, print, or save website content for your own personal or internal business evaluation purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, scrape, upload, transmit, display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

You may not use Cameron Hodge’s name, branding, website content, service descriptions, or materials in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, affiliation, sponsorship, or permission unless Cameron Hodge has agreed in writing.

17. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes, including learning about Cameron Hodge, reviewing services, and contacting the practice.

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, server, email systems, forms, scripts, or related infrastructure.

Attempt to reverse engineer website code or bypass security controls.
Copy website content for a competing business without permission.

18. External Links

This website may include links to third-party websites, resources, software providers, government resources, business tools, articles, or other external materials.

External links are provided for convenience only. Cameron Hodge does not control third-party websites and does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, availability, security, privacy practices, accessibility, or content.

A link to a third-party website does not mean Cameron Hodge endorses, sponsors, approves, or is responsible for that website or its operator.

You access third-party websites at your own risk.

19. Testimonials, Examples, and General Statements

If this website includes testimonials, examples, case descriptions, success references, client comments, or general statements about service quality, those materials are for informational purposes only.

They do not guarantee that you will have the same experience or outcome. Results depend on many factors, including your business structure, records, timeliness, cooperation, software, tax situation, prior bookkeeping condition, documentation, industry, and applicable law.

20. No Warranty

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cameron Hodge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, availability, and suitability for your specific needs.

Cameron Hodge does not warrant that website content is current, complete, error-free, or applicable to your circumstances.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cameron Hodge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of this website.

This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, missed opportunities, tax consequences, penalties, interest, third-party claims, software issues, communication delays, or reliance on website content.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the website is to stop using the website.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those cases, the limitation will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

22. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cameron Hodge from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from or related to:

Your use of the website.
Your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Your submission of inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or improper information.
Your misuse of website content.
Your violation of another person’s rights.
Your unlawful or unauthorized conduct.

This indemnification obligation does not apply where prohibited by law.

23. Privacy

Your use of this website is also subject to the Privacy Policy posted on this website. The Privacy Policy explains, in general terms, what information may be collected, how it may be used, and how privacy questions may be directed to Cameron Hodge.

Because bookkeeping and tax services may involve sensitive financial and taxpayer information, client records may be subject to additional engagement-specific procedures, professional confidentiality obligations, software provider rules, tax regulations, and security practices beyond the general website Privacy Policy.

Cameron Hodge may make reasonable efforts to improve accessibility, correct issues, or provide information through an alternative method when appropriate.

25. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from or relating to this website or these Terms & Conditions will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Florida.

Nothing in this section prevents Cameron Hodge from seeking appropriate legal or equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary or available.

27. Severability

If Cameron Hodge does not enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions, that does not mean the provision is waived.

Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.
